In Luxury Sedans and Luxury SUVs, there is NO fee for luggage as long as it all fits in the trunk or the trunk plus the roof box.

Does IME provide a car/booster seat for my child?

If your little one is under 7 years old, they must be in an approved safety device. IME offers complimentary car seats and booster seats upon request (but not infant carriers). Please let them know if there's anything they can do to help with the installation process!

What is the price policy at InterMountain Express?

The cost is listed per vehicle, not per person, and one-way trips only. Please note that prices may vary during long weekends or school breaks, affecting when they occur during the main office hours (Monday through Friday). All out-of-pocket charges incurred throughout your charter, like road tolls, parking fees, etc., are also paid by you! Early morning rates apply between 9:30 pm – 6 AM.

What is InterMountain Express' cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, you must do so 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time, or you will be charged the full amount. If the airline delays or cancels the flight, there is no fee.
