They accept refunds within 7 days of purchase (proof of purchase required). All returned products must be returned in its original condition and must NOT have been used or opened. Used products will not be accepted! If you decide to return your product, you are liable for the return postage and responsible for the safe return of the product to them, and will also be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Your Packages (US Orders) will ship from their U.S. Warehouse within 1 - 2 business days of your payment clearing. They only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
