What is G-force shipping policy?

G-force understands that shipping and delivery times can vary, so G-force strives to process and ship your order as quickly and safely as possible. Typically, in-stock items will be processed within 1-3 business days, but sometimes within just 24 hours. Once your order is processed, G-force will send you a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. Please note that this estimate is approximate, and for more real-time updates, please contact FedEx or UPS directly.
Please be advised that G-force only ships to the 48 contiguous United States and not to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, and G-force uses FedEx GROUND and USPS for most of G-force's bike shipments. Due to restrictions on lithium-ion batteries, G-force cannot offer expedited shipping services.
Please note that once the logistics information shows that the buyer has signed for the goods, G-force is not responsible for any stolen or lost goods. At this time, G-force does not offer any compensation for such instances.
G-force is currently offering free shipping for all orders within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How long can I receive my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address for normal orders. G-force cannot provide additional shipping information or documentation for any third-party shipping. Delivery dates provided by G-force are estimates and may be subject to change. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

What is G-force return policy?

If you wish to return any unused bikes, parts, or accessories, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the products by contacting G-Force. The item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, and in the same packaging and condition as you received it. The box must be sealed and unopened. A 25% processing fee and return shipping fee will be applied, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs if they elect to return or exchange their bike. Please contact customer service before returning the goods to confirm the return address. You should not return the products to the shipping address as it may result in loss of goods. G-Force will refund you within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.
If you received a damaged product within 14 days, please send any pictures or videos to [email protected] immediately. Once it is confirmed by the G-Force Team, returns for a full refund will be accepted in accordance with the Return Procedures within 5 business days. For e-bikes and e-scooters that have been delivered for more than 14 days, only repairs and replacements are allowed. If any vulnerable parts (such as LCD display, chainset, splash guard, pedal, headlight, front fork, tires, inner tubes, brake discs, battery mounting tray, or minor damage to the battery casing) are damaged within 14 days, G-Force will replace them. Remember not to return the products to the shipping address as it may lead to loss of goods.

Warranty Policy

G-force offers a 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner on all of our bikes against any manufacturing defects. It's important to note that free accessories are not covered by G-force's warranty service.
