Coupon Codes are continually upgrading on Instacart depending on where you live and the stores available to you. To find the available coupon codes, select the store, check the Coupons or Discounts tab on the top navigation bar, and the offers will apply automatically.
Click the "Account" drop-down menu and choose "Add Promo" or "Gift Card" options from the menu. A dialog box will open to enter the promo code or gift card. Instacart will apply for the promo or card at checkout. To apply promo code, choose "Credits, Promos, and Gift Cards under the menu icon that looks like a hamburger. The app will add credits or promos to your order and let you enter unique promo codes from third parties.
Instacart does not offer weekly ads at this time. On the other hand, members and Express members will get emails weekly with offers for discounts, promos, and special offers.
All new members receive a welcome reward for signing up. In general, it's less than $20, but this can vary throughout the year. Also, customers can collect rewards up to a capped amount each time they refer a friend who signs up.

If you need to return something from your order, in most cases, the store or retailer will accept the return as long as you provide your Instacart receipt. The return policy will depend on the retailer, so be sure you understand the rules and restrictions. If you were charged for an item you did not receive or was damaged, you can request a refund from Instacart within 7 days of the original delivery. You can have the refund credited back to your car or as a store credit.
