What are NAADAM shipping options?

Domestic Ground Shipping: You'll be charged $10 for this option or it's free for orders over $150. Delivery will take place within 1-7 business days.
Domestic 2-day Express Shipping: A fee of $25 will be applied for this option. If ordered by 12:00 pm EST, you'll receive your items in 2 days.
Domestic Overnight Shipping: $35 will be charged for this option and if ordered by 12:00 pm EST, delivery will take place the next business day.
Orders outside of the Continental US: A flat rate of $45 will be applied.
Please note: Shipping and delivery only occur on business days. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST on a business day will ship the same day for expedited shipping options. Delivery time for Express orders is not guaranteed for holidays.

Does NAADAM have international shipping?

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) and customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes imposed by their country. NAADAM has no control over these fees and can't estimate the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for current fees.

Shipping and Warranties

Incorrect Shipping Address: Delivery to P.O./APO/FPO boxes is not possible, either within the country or internationally.
Loss Responsibility: The carrier responsible for delivering the products you purchased from the NAADAM website is not affiliated with or controlled by NAADAM. The title and risk of loss for these products are transferred to you once NAADAM hands them over to the carrier.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. In case of any tracking issues, reach out to their customer support team at [email protected]. Please note that orders can sometimes be delivered in multiple packages, coming from different locations and arriving at different dates and times. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment so you can keep an eye on your deliveries.

What is your return and exchange policy?

NAADAM accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. The returned items must have NAADAM tags attached. There is a return fee of $12.75 for online returns, which will be deducted from the refund amount, except in the case of returns for damaged or incorrect items. Returns for store credit or exchange are exempt from the return fee. Products marked as final sale, including gift cards, gifts with purchase, or discounted merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. For damaged or incorrect items, customers should contact customer service within 30 days of delivery. In-store purchases that meet the return criteria can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but email validation and proper identification will be required. Returns for items purchased from third party retailers must be made to the original retailer and cannot be returned to NAADAM. International customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment and will be charged a return fee of $12.75. Refused international orders will incur an additional restocking fee of $35 and the original $25 international shipping fee is not refundable. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

How do I return or exchange an item?

For qualifying orders, please go to their returns and exchanges portal to submit your return request or visit their retail store. For returns with shipping addresses outside the continental U.S., please contact NAADAM's customer service team at [email protected] to arrange return shipping at your cost for qualifying merchandise. You may also return eligible items purchased online at their NYC store. Items purchased at their Hudson Yards location that are still within our 30 day return window, can be shipped back for return. Please contact [email protected] to process your return.Items noted as "Exchange Only" are only eligible on the same product for available alternative size or colorway at equal value.
