What are TomboyX shipping options?

Choose from various shipping options and receive updates on the progress of your delivery. They offer standard shipping that takes 4-7 business days via DHL or USPS and express shipping that takes 2-3 business days via DHL, UPS, or USPS. If you opt for UPS overnight delivery, you can expect to receive your order the next day if placed before 9am PST, Monday through Thursday. If you place an order after 9am PST on Friday, it will not be shipped until the following Monday and expected to be delivered on Tuesday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by Monday. Although they do their best to meet delivery expectations, the estimated delivery date is not a guarantee and they will notify you if any changes are made to your order or shipping.

What is TomboyX return policy?

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before submitting your order as changes can only be made within the first hour after placement. This is due to the inflexibility of shipping companies.

Here's how to exchange your TomboyX merchandise: You have 30 days after they fulfill your order to exchange any item as long as it is unwashed, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Undergarments, such as underwear, must be unworn to be eligible for a return or exchange. All other items, including bras, swimwear, and loungewear, can be tried on but must be in their original condition for return or exchange. As soon as your return is scanned by the carrier and on its way back to TomboyX, they will automatically send you your new items. If this is your first order, hold on! To take advantage of Love at First Wear, email them at [email protected]. If you initiate a return, this guarantee will no longer be applicable.

Does TomboyX offer gift cards?

They offer digital gift cards in various amounts that are available throughout the year. Upon purchasing a digital gift card, the recipient will receive a code via email. You can either forward the code to the recipient or print it out to give it to them in person. As part of their efforts to reduce waste, they do not offer physical gift cards.

Does TomboyXoffer gift wrap?

They offer a gift wrapping option, available during checkout. To ensure they wrap your gift to perfection, they request an additional 24 hours before shipping. They can wrap a maximum of one item per order and all items will be wrapped together. If you have items that require individual wrapping, please place separate orders and add the gift wrap option for each.

How do I try on my underwear?

They cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn, so please make sure to try on the undergarments over another clothing item.
