Does Altar’d State ship internationally?

Altar'd State can ship to the United States, Canada, and US military APO boxes. However, buyers are responsible for covering any import duties or fees for shipments to Canada.

How do I make a return?

Altar'd State welcomes returns of unused items with their original tags intact. To initiate a return, visit the return link and enter your order number and email address. If you made the purchase through your Altar'd State account, go to the Purchase History section and select "Return an Item." You can opt to return the item through shipping or visit a store. For shipping, you may use your preferred carrier or take advantage of the $8.95 pre-paid label provided. You will also receive a packing slip to include in the return package.
For exchanges, simply bring the item to a store and request an exchange with a store associate. To exchange online, follow the return process and include a note in the package indicating the desired item for exchange. If the desired item is in stock, it will be exchanged. If not, a refund will be issued.

Will I receive a refund for my returned items?

For returns with a receipt, you can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit. If a receipt is not available, an exchange or store credit at the current selling price will be offered. Please note that items with a .88 ending price are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
