What are INTERMIX shipping options?

INTERMIX processes orders for shipment from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 12 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on weekdays, as well as orders received on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. INTERMIX uses UPS for all domestic shipments within the United States, and they offer four different shipping options. Keep in mind that they do not offer Saturday delivery. INTERMIX provides free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states made through intermixonline.com. The shipping discount will be applied at checkout when you choose the standard service option. However, this offer does not apply to orders with expedited delivery services such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

Multiple Item Orders

If you've placed an order for multiple items, they may be shipped to you in separate packages from different locations. When this happens, you will receive an email notification for each shipment, which will include the tracking number for that specific package. You can track the delivery status of each item by following the instructions in the "Tracking Your Order" section.

What is INTERMIX return policy?

If you're unhappy with your purchase from INTERMIX, they offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, returns must be made in the U.S. within 30 days and be returned in their original packaging with original tags attached, in perfect condition and unworn. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours for a return. Returns are subject to approval and final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Note that INTERMIX is not responsible for wear and tear or changes to the garment. Denied returns will be sent back to the customer.

Can I return or exchange items I purchased online at one of your store locations?

You have the option of returning items purchased online in-store. If you choose this option, please bring your order number with you. Keep in mind that INTERMIX accepts returns within 30 days of receiving your purchase, and they are free. Unfortunately, INTERMIX does not currently offer an exchange service for items bought on their website. To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following their return policy, and then place a new order for the desired item. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, log in to your account, print a complimentary pre-paid UPS return label, and then place a new order.

To keep your jewelry in top condition, it is recommended that you:
