Does Magicycle have warranty?

Be rest assured, Magicycle e-bikes also comes with a 2-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components such as the battery, frame. Gift items are excluded from warranty.

Can I return my products to Magicycle?

Magicycle is sure that you'll love your e-bike but in case you change your mind we're pleased to offer a refund within 15 days from the day you receive it. (as long as your e-bike is in an as new condition). Simply contact Magicycle, have your proof of your purchase, and the same card that you used when you originally purchased the e-bike one of their friendly colleagues will then be happy to process the refund for you.

What is Magicycle shipping policy?

During checkout, you will be presented with the available delivery options based on your order time and delivery location. These options include FREE standard delivery within Mainland US (3-5 working days). Pre-sale products will be processed promptly within the estimated timeframe. For delivery to Canada, a shipping fee of $299 will be charged for 750W ebikes shipped from the mainland US warehouse (excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland, and Labrador which will incur an additional shipping fee). However, there will be no shipping fee for 500W ebikes shipped from the Canadian warehouse. The delivery time from mainland US to Canada is estimated to take about 7-10 working days.

Where does Magicycle deliver to?

At present, Magicycle can deliver orders exclusively to Mainland US and Canada. Unfortunately Magicycle is unable to deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.
