Can I change or cancel an order after it's placed?

Our blazing-fast packing process means your order is on its way to you quickly; unfortunately, that also prevents us from making any changes once it's been placed. How long does it take to deliver my order?

Residents in Canada, Australia and New Zealand will receive their items via Asendia (final delivery by Canada Post) - the expected transit period varies between 1-3 weeks while international orders shipped via DHL are typically delivered 10-12 working days after dispatch; however duties/taxes/fees remain responsibility of the purchaser upon receipt.

What if I want to exchange an item?
