Orders are primarily shipped through Express Australia Post, with some Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich suburbs receiving same-day delivery via StarTrack Courier. Deliveries to New Zealand are made through Australia Post International Express Post, while orders to the USA, Canada, and selected international locations are shipped via DHL Express.
Petal & Pup accepts returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery for items that are in new, unused condition with original labels/tags attached, unaltered, undamaged, and free from markings, make-up, self tanner, odors, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant, and washing powder. Some items, such as swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and Loving Tan products, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried indoors and free of scuffs or markings. If a product is damaged or faulty, please send a photo and description of the issue with the order number to [email protected] Items marked as "FINAL SALE" or "Not Eligible for Return" cannot be returned unless faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns for store credit will incur a $9.95 fee per shipment. Petal & Pup is not responsible for any non-Petal & Pup items that are returned by mistake.
